Tetra Tech Relies on Sales Training America to Aid the Consolidation of its Customer Service Team
Tetra Tech, Inc., founded in 1966 to provide
engineering services related to waterways, harbors and
coastal areas has chosen Sales Training America as a key team
member of its training efforts for the company’s
newly-consolidated customer service team. Prior to 2005, the
Tetra Tech customer service team was split into separate
teams. As part of an internal initiative for 2005, the
company made a strategic move to combine internal customer
service efforts into one department. Sales Training America’
Exceptional Customer Service program was selected as a key
component to aid the consolidation.
The one-day workshop was rolled out in the late winter of
2005 at Tetra Tech’s Pasadena, California headquarters. The
focus of the workshop was to enable team members to
communicate more effectively with customers and their peers
while understanding how to deliver true customer service to
their internal clients. The ability to provide comprehensive
training material, an interactive workshop format as well a
flexible delivery plan played a key role in the selection of
Sales Training America.
