Sales Training America Chosen to Strengthen Sales Skills for Liberty International
Liberty International, a division of Liberty Mutual with
operations that span a broad array of countries, offering
diverse coverages, ranging from personal automobile to
satellite insurance, has chosen Sales Training America to
strengthen and improve an array of sales skills for a select
team of professionals in New York City. Rather than
selecting an off-the-shelf program, Liberty International
worked with Sales Training America to establish a tailored
sales training program focused on particular skills to help
their team become more effective during the deal-making
process.
The session will be focused on providing key negotiation
skills that will enable Liberty International to strengthen
the outcome of discussions while reinforcing key
relationships and long-term prospects with valued customers
and partners. At issue is also the ability to recognize and
defuse negotiation tactics that are often encountered during
the negotiation process. Additional time will be spent
honing individual closing skills to become more effective in
the field. One of the main factors in selecting Sales
Training America was the ability to customize the program to
meet Liberty International’s unique needs. The workshop,
Negotiation and Closing Skills, will be delivered in New
York City during October of 2004.
