Kraftmaid Cabinetry to Boost Sales Force Productivity via Time Management Training

KraftMaid Cabinetry, Inc., the nation's largest built-to-order / semi-custom cabinetry manufacturer, has chosen Sales Training America to deliver a custom Time Management training session during the company’s annual sales meeting. Due to a large increase in business for Kraftmaid Cabinetry, the session will be focused on providing key time management and productivity skills that will help sales professionals manage higher workloads and more productive territories. The ability to handle a larger number of requests from independent dealers, increasing paperwork and more active territories will be addressed throughout the session.

Following attendance in a public workshop in Southern California and validation of the quality of the course content, Kraftmaid chose Sales Training America due to the company’s ability to create a condensed three-hour version of the standard one-day Time Management workshop. An instructor with extensive sales experience will be utilized to make time management concepts more readily applicable to the sales team. The audience will consist of regional sales executives who focus on working with key accounts within their territories. The session will be delivered during the first quarter of 2005 near Kraftmaid Cabinetry’s Middlefield, Ohio headquarters.
