Degussa Chemical Construction Rolls Out a Comprehensive Training Program with Sales Training America
Degussa Chemical Construction, a division of
Degussa, a multinational corporation consistently aligned to
highly profitable specialty chemistry, is working closely
with Sales Training America to roll out a comprehensive
training program for multiple sites across the country. The
training program will consist of a series of core training
classes covering topics such as Win-Win Negotiations,
Consultative Selling Skills and other management related
areas. Company sites in Ohio and Texas have begun deploying
STA’s training programs with additional sessions scheduled
to take place throughout the year in locations in Arizona
and Florida.

and build a custom training program that was particularly
suited to Degussa’s needs. By utilizing a dedicated team of

ensured that all materials, role plays and training staff
