VideoLink Selects Sales Training America for Exceptional Customer Service Training

VideoLink, a highly regarded video production company, has requested that Sales Training America present custom customer service and business etiquette training for their customer service department. An Exceptional Customer Service and Business Etiquette Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Sales Training America will travel to West Newton, Massachusetts in the Boston area to work with VideoLink’s customer service representatives. During this unique customer service and business etiquette workshop, participants will gain practical experience using proven customer service strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them resolve customer issues. Attendees will also learn and practice using effective communication techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport, as well as the essentials of proper business etiquette to ensure appropriate customer interactions.
