Total Safety Selects Sales Training America for Consultative Selling Skills and Exceptional Sales Management TrainingTotal Safety, the world’s leading provider of safety service solutions to the petrochemical industry, has selected Sales Training America to deliver Consultative Selling Skills training to their sales teams and Exceptional Sales Management training for their sales managers. Total Safety was seeking a training partner with an experiential approach and a proven sales process. Several of Total Safety’s clients had worked with STA in the past, and after consulting with STA representatives they determined that they had found a training partner who could meet the needs of their sales department. A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Expert will meet with Total Safety sales teams and managers to deliver the workshops. Representatives participating in the hands-on, practice-driven Consultative Selling Skills training workshop will gain knowledge and experience with sales skills such as the use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and goals, and the use of Feature-Advantage-Benefit statements to help the customer understand "What’s In It For Them." Training includes an assessment technique used to customize the sales process to the customer’s Behavioral Style and Buyer Type. Sales managers participating in STA’s intensive Exceptional Sales Management training event will learn and practice powerful sales management skills, such as working with various Behavioral Styles, to more effectively communicate with sales team members. Attendees will also master critical sales management techniques such as identifying and leveraging individual employees’ motivational profiles, helping their team members achieve a greater level of productivity and job satisfaction.
