Tetra Technologies Selects Sales Training America for Win-Win Negotiations Training

Tetra Technologies, a major oil and gas services and chemical products company, has signed Sales Training America to design Win-Win Negotiations training for their sales team. Based on previous experience with STA’s Exceptional Presentations and Management Skills workshops, management decided the group could benefit from further STA training. They selected a private on-site Win-Win Negotiations workshop to enhance the sales team’s negotiation skills.

A Senior-Level Instructor and Win-Win Negotiations Expert from Sales Training America will travel to The Woodlands, Texas to train Tetra’s sales team. Participants in this highly interactive training event will gain expertise with fundamental negotiations tools, such as an understanding of the four Behavioral Types, in order to more smoothly and effectively communicate with clients. Sales team members will also learn powerful strategies to improve their tactical skills and to neutralize manipulative tactics, helping to ensure that their negotiations conclude with mutually beneficial, “Win-Win” solutions, and cementing positive relationships with their customers.
