Syska Hennessy Selects Sales Training America To Certify Trainers For Win-Win Negotiations TrainingSH Group and Syska Hennessy, providing specialized consulting, engineering, technology and construction services for clients worldwide, recently decided to work with Sales Training America to become certified on Sales Training America’ Win-Win Negotiations program. In 2008, the firm chose Sales Training America to help with a comprehensive Exceptional Presentations program for their New York City office. After a reassessment of their team’s needs, the company decided to modify their approach and work towards certification on Win-Win Negotiations. A Syska Hennessy Group Facilitator will become certified to teach content to up to 20 team members. Certification will be delivered by a Sales Training America master trainer during the fall of 2009. A Senior-Level Sales Training America Master Trainer and Consultative Sales Expert, will meet with a Syska Hennessy Group Facilitator to deliver certification. The facilitator will be trained and certified to lead Win-Win Negotiations training workshops for up to 20 participants, who will learn about the difference between Positional and Principled Negotiation, and the value of Win-Win negotiation solutions to preserve long-term relationships with clients. Attendees will also learn and practice key negotiations skills such as recognizing and neutralizing negotiation tactics, de-escalating conflict, and identifying and applying concession strategies, to help ensure that their negotiations are well planned, conflict-free and result in satisfactory outcomes for both parties.
