Sikorsky Aircraft Takes Off with Exceptional Presentations Training from Sales Training America
Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a world leader in the
design, manufacture and service of military and commercial aircraft, has
selected Sales Training America to deliver Exceptional Presentations
training to its engineers and future company leaders. Sikorsky was
seeking a highly-regarded training partner with an effective
presentations training program. After a consultation and needs
assessment with STA representatives, Sikorsky determined that the STA
Exceptional Presentations seminar was the best match for their training
needs. They engaged STA for a pilot program and plan to repeat the
seminar based on its success.
Two Senior Level Sales Training America Instructors and Exceptional
Presentations Experts will travel to Shelton, Connecticut to meet with
Sikorsky engineers and future company leaders. Participants in this
highly participatory presentation training seminar will benefit from
expert coaching on public speaking techniques such as the “Power
Position” and the four P’s of vocal delivery (Projection, Pacing, Pitch,
and Pauses). Attendees will learn how to analyze their audiences using a
behavioral styles matrix and how to key in on audience concerns using
the ASIA delivery format, helping them to immediately attract and retain
audience attention and buy-in. Workshop participants will receive
one-on-one coaching throughout the seminar using video-recorded practice
presentations, helping them to apply new skills, gauge their progress
and benefit from expert feedback.
