Signature Healthcare Asks Sales Training America for Customized Building Relationships Training

Signature Healthcare, LLC, a premiere long-term care health services organization, has requested that Sales Training America design and deliver customized relationship training for their employees and associates. Signature Healthcare was seeking a training partner with proven content who could create a custom course targeted to their specific needs. After a consultation with STA representatives Signature asked for a special Building Relationships That Drive Business training program, which STA will design and present to Signature’s hospital staff.

A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Expert will deliver the Building Relationships That Drive Business training program to Signature employees. Associates participating in this high-level, interactive training workshop will learn to use tools such as Feature-Advantage-Benefit statements and Proof Stories to help potential business partners understand “What’s In It For Them.” The training workshop will also include instruction and practice in using essential relationship-building skills and strategies such as asking Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of partners’ specific needs and goals.
