SeaBright Insurance Deploys Sales Training for Two West Coast Offices.

SeaBright Insurance Company, a leading West Coast provider of specialty workers' compensation products and services to maritime employers and organized employers, has chosen Sales Training America to roll out two on-site Consultative Selling Skills classes for two of its key offices. The classes will be rolled out for the insurance underwriters group and will focus on providing a structured sales approach that will enable team members to provide solutions based on client needs and requirements.

The two programs will be rolled out in August 2005 in both Seattle, Washington and Orange County, California. Sales Training America made a particular effort to align SeaBright Insurance with a training instructor who could not only teach Sales Training America’ unique SPORTS methodology but could provide insight from an insurance industry background. The two teams worked together to fill identified skill gaps that were being faced by the team, mainly the need to manage the sales process from a consultative selling approach.
