Santa Monica BMW Turns to Sales Training America for Consultative Selling Skills Training

Santa Monica BMW, a respected dealer in new and certified pre-owned BMW vehicles, has selected Sales Training America to deliver Consultative Selling Skills training to their sales team. Upon finding a need for improved sales skills, Santa Monica BMW went looking for a training partner with a proven, comprehensive sales training program. They chose STA’s Consultative Selling Skills workshop in the belief that its content and process would produce exactly the results they hoped to see in their sales teams.

A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Expert will deliver the workshop to sales staff in Santa Monica. Sales representatives participating in this hands-on, practice-driven sales training workshop will gain knowledge and experience with sales skills such as the use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and goals, and the use of Feature-Advantage-Benefit statements to help the customer understand "What’s In It For Them." Training includes an assessment technique used to customize the sales process to the customer’s Behavioral Style and Buyer Type. The sales team will also learn how to handle various obstacles that occur during the sales process, including the four main types of objections, by drawing out and addressing the customer’s underlying desires and fears.
