Sales Training America to Repeat Managing Negotiations Training for ABC Greater Houston

Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Greater Houston Chapter (ABC Greater Houston) has scheduled a Managing Negotiations workshop with Sales Training America trainers. This is the fifth year in a row that ABC Greater Houston has contracted with STA for this workshop. They have been so pleased with the training course and its results for the past four years that they returned to the industry experts when organization members had a need for training. ABC Greater Houston knows that STA’s Managing Negotiations workshop will help their people negotiate more successfully in any situation.

A STA Managing Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will meet with ABC Greater Houston organization members to administer the workshop. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will learn about important negotiations strategies such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, which will help them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions. Attendees will also gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to get and stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.
