Sales Training America to Provide Win-Win Negotiations Training for NAFA Fleet Management AssociationSales Training America has contracted with the NAFA Fleet Management Association to provide Win-Win Negotiations training. NAFA requested that STA deliver a customized negotiations training session at their national meeting in New Orleans, LA. This customized 3-hour training workshop was designed to teach attendees key skills of negotiating fleet management deals. STA was able to build a custom class that fit NAFA’s time constraints and their budget. A NAFA association in Houston has also asked STA to provide a speaker in November at their regional meeting. A STA Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to New Orleans to meet with NAFA personnel. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, in enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process. Attendees will also learn about important negotiations strategies such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
