Sales Training America to Provide Win-Win Negotiations Training for Interline Brands

Sales Training America has contracted with Interline Brands, a leading direct marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, to provide Win-Win Negotiations training for its brand managers. Interline Brands was seeking an experienced training partner with a consultative focus and the ability to provide training to a large group. STA was able to meet their needs, and Interline selected their acclaimed Win-Win Negotiations training program.

An STA Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to Kissimee, Florida to meet with Interline brand managers. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to get and stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process. Attendees will also learn about important negotiations strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
