Philips Lighting Requests Win-Win Negotiations for Purchasing Training from Sales Training America

Ross Video Ltd., a privately-held Canadian company that designs and manufactures equipment for live video production, has contracted with Sales Training America for Win-Win Negotiations training. Ross chose Sales Training America based on previous experience with employees in the Win-Win Negotiations open enrollment course. Employee feedback and measurable results were so positive that when a new training need arose two years later, Ross returned to Sales Training America to conduct the same course in-house for both their procurement and their sales teams.

An STA Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to Ottawa, Canada to deliver the workshop for procurement and sales employees and executives. Participants in this intensive negotiations training workshop will learn to recognize and overcome many common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead during any negotiation. Attendees will also learn about planning strategies for negotiations, including how to set expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them more appropriately assess and respond to any offers or requests for concessions.
