Sales Training America to Provide Exceptional Presentations Training for NEW Customer Service Companies

NEW Customer Service Companies has requested that Sales Training America deliver a short series of Exceptional Presentations training seminars for their employees. NEW investigated STA on the recommendation of a sister company which used STA training. They were convinced on the strength of the seminar content and the willingness of STA’s expert instructor to tailor the delivery method of the course. STA devised a delivery methodology to meet NEW’s budgetary requirements yet still produce positive results.

Two Senior Level Sales Training America Instructors and Exceptional Presentations Experts will travel to Sterling, Virginia to meet with NEW employees. Participants in these one-day, hands-on presentations training seminars will gain experience using fundamental presentation tools such as the ASIA Opening (Audience, Idea, Solution, and Action Request) introductory format to quickly catch the interest of the audience, as well as how to tailor their presentation to address the needs of their listeners to keep their attention effectively communicate the message. Attendees will also learn and practice advanced public speaking techniques and refine their control of vocal tone, pitch, and gestures, to keep their presentations lively and engaging.
