Sales Training America to Provide Custom Sales and Negotiations Training for Sulzer Chemtech

Sulzer Chemtech, a leader in the field of process engineering that employs some 2500 persons worldwide, has chosen Sales Training America to provide custom Sales and Negotiations training for several key offices in North America. Sulzer Chemtech had previously worked with Sales Training America on negotiations classes designed to provide key members of the procurement and sales teams with greater skills to negotiate win-win outcomes with clients and suppliers. Custom sales and negotiations training classes will be developed by STA to meet Sulzer Chemtech’s specific needs.

An STA Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to multiple locations to deliver the training to Sulzer Chemtech’s employees. Participants will benefit from advanced sales training material designed to drill deeper into sales skills, helping team members sell more effectively in a challenging environment. STA is also developing a “Phase 2” style negotiations workshop focused on providing more in-depth coverage of the negotiation process from both a sales and procurement perspective. Fourteen companies, many in the Fortune 500, are being interviewed to draw experiences, best practices and key strategies. The negotiations class strategy includes pairing team members with procurement experts from a Fortune 250 oilfeld service company.
