Sales Training America to Present Sales and Negotiations Training for ALS Environmental

Senior-Level Instructors and Sales and Negotiations Experts from Sales Training America will travel to Vancouver to deliver the training workshops. Participants in the highly interactive selling skills workshop will learn the importance of understanding the true needs and interests of their clients. They will have the opportunity to learn an assessment technique to determine the client’s Behavioral Style, Buyer Type, and their PPI orientation, helping workshop participants more effectively communicate with their clients. Attendees will also learn about important negotiations strategies such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
