Sales Training America to Deliver Telephone Selling Skills Workshops for Continucare Corporation
Continucare Corporation, a Florida-based
provider of primary care physician services on an outpatient
basis through a network of medical facilities and
independent physician affiliates (IPAs), has requested
Telephone Selling Skills
training by Sales Training America. Continucare was
seeking a training partner with a proven program for
telephone-based sales, experience in the healthcare industry
and that could provide training in both English and Spanish.
Sales Training America was able to meet all their
requirements and have been engaged to deliver two workshops,
one in each language.
A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and
Telephone Selling Skills Expert will travel to Florida to
meet with Continucare associates. Telephone sales
representatives participating in this hands-on,
practice-driven training workshop will gain knowledge and
experience with essential sales skills, such as the use of
Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a
clear understanding of their customers’ needs and goals.
Telephone sales training will also cover how to handle
various obstacles during the sales process, including the
four main types of objections, by drawing out and addressing
the customer’s underlying problems and fears.
