Sales Training America to Deliver Negotiations Training for Boyden

Boyden Global Executive Search, a global leader in the executive search industry, selected Sales Training America to deliver a customized negotiations training program to its recruitment managers. The company was seeking a flexible, client-focused training partner who was willing and able to design and deliver a customized course within specific time constraints and to travel internationally. A Senior-Level Instructor and Negotiations Expert from Sales Training America will travel to meet with Boyden recruitment managers in Munich, Germany. Participants in this intensive training event will learn important negotiations strategies such as the five phases of preparation for a negotiation, and how to set expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them handle any offer or request for concessions. They will also learn how to recognize and neutralize many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to stay ahead of the game throughout the negotiation process.
