Sales Training America to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Training for the University of GuelphThe American Thoracic Society has requested that Sales Training America present their Exceptional Customer Service training to their newly established customer service department. The American Thoracic Society wanted to provide their new customer service representatives with training to build a foundation of great customer service skills. They sought a training partner with experience serving the healthcare industry and a program that would help their representatives start with the skill set every customer service professional needs to succeed. STA was able to demonstrate an ability to meet the needs of the American Thoracic Society’s new department and get them started on the path to delivering great customer service. An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Sales Training America will travel to New York to work with American Thoracic Society customer service representatives. During this foundational skills workshop, participants will gain practical experience using proven customer service strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them resolve customer issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also learn and practice using effective techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport, communicating a sense of understanding and respect.
