Sales Training America to Deliver Custom Win-Win Negotiations and Consultative Selling Skills Training for Angelica TextilesAngelica Textile Corporation, the leading provider of textile rental and linen management services to the U.S. healthcare market, has selected Sales Training America to deliver a customized negotiations training program to its sales teams. Angelica had worked with STA’s trainers previously, and they had no hesitation about returning to the training industry experts when a new training need arose. They asked STA to create and present a customized class combining the content of STA’s Consultative Selling Skills and Win-Win Negotiations courses. The customized workshop will be conducted during their annual sales meeting. Two STA instructors will be used to facilitate the session and an implementation and reinforcement coaching session will be held with the management team. Two Senior-Level Sales Training America Instructors, both Consultative Sales and Negotiations Experts, will meet with Angelica’s sales and sales management teams at their annual meeting. Participants in this comprehensive custom training event will learn how to identify and relate to different personality types and Behavioral Styles, helping them better communicate with and address the needs of different customers. Sales staff will learn to use important negotiation strategies, such as the five phases of preparation for a negotiation, how to set expectations, and handling common negotiation tactics, enhancing both their sales and negotiation skills. Attendees will also gain experience using consultative sales tools such as Active Listening and the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to quickly establish rapport with customers and find effective solutions.
