Sales Training America to Provide Further Custom Sales Training for Time Warner Cable Business Class

Chicago Sweeteners has requested the Consultative Selling Skills sales training workshop for their sales teams. A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Expert will travel to Chicago to meet with the sales teams. Sales representatives participating in this hands-on, practice-driven sales training workshop will gain knowledge and experience with essential sales skills, such as the use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and goals. The sales training workshop will also show sales agents how to handle various obstacles that frequently occur during the sales process, including the four main types of objections, by drawing out and addressing the customer’s underlying problems and fears.
