Sales Training America to Administer Consultative Sales Training Workshop for CRG West

CRG West was searching for a flexible sales training partner with a comprehensive sales training program to enhance the skills of their sales agents. Sales representatives participating in this hands-on, practice-driven sales training workshop will gain knowledge and experience with essential sales skills, such as the use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and goals. The sales training workshop will also show sales agents how to handle various obstacles that occur during the sales process, including the disinterest of the “I Don’t Care” customer, and the four main types of objections, by drawing out and addressing the customer’s underlying problems and fears.
