Sales Training America Selected to Provide Negotiation Skills Training for TM Forum

TM Forum, the world’s leading industry association focused on enabling best-in-class IT for service providers in the communications, media and cloud service markets, asked Sales Training America to provide Negotiations training for its event operations personnel. TM Forum was seeking a client-focused, flexible training partner who could work on a short timeframe and coordinate delivery to meet their needs. STA was able to work with TMF personnel in multiple locations to ensure that the content of the course, delivery logistics and costs coordinated with their timeframe and specific training needs.

An STA Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor delivered the seminar to event operations personnel in Morristown, New Jersey. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training class learned and practiced recognizing a number of negotiation styles, strategies and tactics, allowing them to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process and resolve fast-paced negotiations with savvy. Those attending this negotiations training workshop also gained knowledge of skillful concession strategies, negotiation planning, and how to effectively set expectations, preparing them to more effectively negotiate in purchasing situations.
