Sales Training America Selected to Provide Consultative Selling Skills Training for NESCO Resource.

NESCO Resource, a national leader in human resources and staffing, has selected Sales Training America to design and deliver Consultative Selling Skills training to their sales team. NESCO had partnered with STA previously for other training needs, and was so satisfied with the results that when a new need arose they were quick to return to the experts. They were looking for a quality custom program with proven content that would work within their scheduling constraints. A consultation and needs analysis with STA representatives led them to select the Consultative Selling Skills workshop for their sales group.

A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Expert will meet with the NESCO Resource sales staff. Representatives participating in this high-level, interactive sales training workshop will learn how to identify and communicate with various Behavioral and Buyer Types, enhancing their ability to effectively interact with many different kinds of customers. They will also gain knowledge and experience with essential Consultative Sales skills such as the strategic use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of their customers’ specific needs and important goals, and learn to use tools such as Feature-Advantage-Benefit statements and Proof Stories to help the customer understand "What’s In It For Them."
