Sales Training America Delivers Consultative Selling Skills Training For Dyson, Inc.

Dyson, Inc, the industry leader in efficient bagless vacuums, has requested customized Consultative Selling Skills training from Sales Training America. Dyson is working to move their commercial sales team from transactional selling to using a consultative approach. By meeting with a Sales Training America needs assessment specialist, Dyson found in STA a training partner as creative and innovative as they are. Sales Training America’ client-centered approach has led to an understanding of the specific needs of Dyson’s commercial sales team and the desired outcomes to result from training. STA was able to work closely with Dyson to customize the Consultative Selling Skills course to meet their unique requirements.

A Sales Training America Senior Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Training Expert will meet with Dyson commercial sales team members in Chicago. Participants in this highly interactive selling skills workshop will learn the importance of understanding the customer’s unique needs and interests. Training includes an assessment technique used to customize the sales process to the customer’s Behavioral Style and Buyer Type, as well as their needs related to Profitability, Productivity and Image. The workshop will also provide attendees the skills to use tools such as unique Feature-Advantage-Benefit statements and Proof Stories to help the customer understand “What’s In It For Them.”
