Sales Training America Conducts Win-Win Negotiations Training For Deloitte & Touche

Deloitte & Touche, part of a global network providing audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, and tax services, has asked Sales Training America to deliver Win-Win Negotiations training to their service groups. Deloitte was seeking an expert negotiations training provider with a dynamic approach to training and a proven, effective curriculum. The company determined that that STA’s highly-rated Win-Win Negotiations Workshop would help them perform negotiations that would benefit both the organization and its clients, helping the company build long-term relationships.

A Sales Training America Senior Level Instructor and Win-Win Negotiations expert will meet with Deloitte & Touche service team members. Participants in this intensive workshop will learn the difference between Positional and Principled Negotiation, and why it is important to work toward win-win solutions to preserve long-term relationships with clients. Attendees will learn and practice key negotiations skills such as recognizing and neutralizing negotiation tactics, de-escalating conflict, and how to identify and apply concession strategies, helping them avoid the stalemates, stalls and breakdowns in communication that can result in both parties leaving the table unsatisfied.
