Sales Training America Chosen to Deliver Negotiation Jujitsu Training for Dole

Dole Food Company, Inc., the world's largest producer and marketer of high-quality fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, has selected Sales Training America to conduct specialized negotiations training with its sales group. The company was seeking a program to improve the negotiations skills of its sales agents, and a training partner who could tailor their delivery schedule to accommodate Dole’s needs. Attendees will also learn and practice key negotiations skills such as recognizing and neutralizing negotiation tactics, de-escalating conflict, and how to identify and apply concession strategies, improving their ability to create beneficial outcomes.
