Pictorial Offset Extends it Sales Skill Development Program with Sales Training America

Pictorial Offset Corporation, a world-wide graphic arts organization specializing in both sheetfed and web printing of the highest caliber, has extended its relationship with Sales Training America to continue providing a comprehensive training program for its sales force. During the early winter of 2005, Sales Training America worked closely with Pictorial Offset to identify the appropriate target audience for sales training, determine skill gaps and focus areas and roll out a program to reinforce a value-based sales approach. The company rolled out a Value Added Selling Skills training program that ensured team members were focusing on the complete solutions provided by Pictorial Offset rather than competing in the marketplace on price.

Due to the success of the first program, the company chose to work with Sales Training America to implement a more exercise-driven sales training program for the early winter of 2006. The program will build upon the key skills taught in the first class by providing an initial refresher session and then spending the bulk of the program on role playing, skill transfer and other interactive sessions. The ability to more effectively use FAB statements to differentiate the company’s products and services and to sell value will be emphasized. The workshop will be moderated by the same instructor who facilitated the first session in New York.
