Nestlé Jamaica Signs Sales Training America for Exceptional Management Skills Workshop

Nestlé, the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company, has requested that Sales Training America deliver Exceptional Management Skills training to its employees in Jamaica. Nestlé Jamaica has partnered with STA for prior training in other areas, meeting with such success that they did not hesitate to return to the training industry experts for their new training need. Nestlé is confident that Sales Training America’ Exceptional Management Skills workshop will improve their managers’ skill sets and improve the performance of their teams.

A Senior Level STA Instructor and Management Expert will travel to Jamaica to meet with Nestlé managers. In this interactive management training event, participants will gain an understanding of both personal behavioral styles and individual motivational needs, enabling them to better communicate with and motivate the employees under their direction. Attendees of the workshop will also learn how to utilize key management strategies such as effective delegation and timely performance evaluations, resulting in improved planning, better feedback, and more efficient processes. Managers in the seminar will gain the necessary skills to lead more efficient and productive teams.
