Ingram Micro Requests Consultative Selling Skills Training from Sales Training America

Ingram Micro, Inc., the world’s largest technology distributor, has selected Sales Training America to design and deliver Consultative Selling Skills training to their Inside Sales team. Ingram Micro had partnered with STA previously for Negotiations training, and were so satisfied with the results that when a need arose for sales training they were quick to return to the industry experts. A consultation with STA representatives led them to select the Consultative Selling Skills workshop to meet the needs of their Inside Sales group.

A Sales Training America Senior-Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Expert will meet with Ingram Micro employees in Miami, Florida. Inside Sales representatives participating in this interactive sales training workshop will learn how to identify and communicate with various Behavioral and Buyer Types, enhancing their ability to effectively interact with many different kinds of customers. They will also gain knowledge and experience with essential Consultative Sales skills such as the strategic use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of their customers’ specific needs and important goals.
