Dairy Management Returns to Sales Training America for Exceptional Presentations Training

Dairy Management, Inc., which leads and manages dairy industry producers and organizations such as the American Dairy Association®, the National Dairy Council® and the U.S. Dairy Export Council, has asked Sales Training America to deliver Exceptional Presentations training to their organization members. DMI members have previously enjoyed STA training in various subject areas, and have been impressed with the quality of STA’s instructors and content as well as the company’s client-centered approach. Dairy Management was pleased to return to the industry experts for help, and quickly determined that STA’s highly-rated Exceptional Presentations workshop was ideal for their needs.

Senior-Level Instructors and Presentations Experts from Sales Training America will travel to Philadelphia to meet with DMI members. During this highly interactive training experience, participants will learn to use fundamental public speaking techniques, such as the Four P’s of vocal quality (Projection, Pauses, Pacing and Pitch), to keep their presentations lively and engaging. They will gain familiarity with presentation essentials such as combating nervousness, controlling speed, and speaking at the proper pitch and volume to ensure maximum clarity. Attendees will also receive individual, expert feedback from their instructors, based on video-recorded practice presentations delivered at strategic points during the seminar. This will allow participants to gauge their own progress and see areas needing improvement, as well as to benefit from expert coaching.
