DHL Builds Upon Past Training Successes to Improve Presentations Skills

DHL, the global market leader of the international express and logistics industry, specializing in providing innovative and customized solutions from a single source, has expanded its relationship with Sales Training America by rolling out presentations training for its Latin America group. Following the success of several off-site public enrollments and the delivery of a customized Exceptional Presentations class in December, the company chose Sales Training America to run a subsequent trial workshop in its Plantation headquarters. Set up as a program for the Latin America group, the two-day session focused on teaching Sales Training America’ successful Exceptional Presentations curriculum. The session was centered on teaching a variety of different communication skills, from understanding how to properly structure content to ways to effectively present in a confident manner.

 Sales Training America’s unique two-instructor coaching methodology ensured that participants learned skills and utilized them in a safe, non-threatening manner. The workshop was delivered for a group of DHL team members focused on the company’s ever-expanding Latin America market. Sessions were held during the early summer and were designed to enable each individual to focus on personal needs and improvement plans. The company chose Sales Training America due to a strong experience within another department and the company’s willingness to quickly put in place a program that met with DHL’s particular scheduling and format needs.
