Citizens Property Insurance Chooses Sales Training America for Exceptional Presentations Training

Sales Training America has been selected to deliver Exceptional Presentations training to employees of the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. The company was seeking training to enhance the quality of its client presentations, and needed a training partner with experience working with insurance providers. After meeting with representatives from Sales Training America, Citizens selected STA’s highly respected Exceptional Presentations training workshop, which will be customized to meet their specific needs.

Two Senior Level Sales Training America Instructors and Exceptional Presentations Experts will travel to Jacksonville, Florida to meet with Citizens employees. During this intensive two-day workshop, participants will learn and practice essential presentation skills, such as the Litany to calm nervousness, and techniques such as the Four P’s of vocal quality (Projection, Pauses, Pacing and Pitch) to improve their delivery. Attendees will also receive individual feedback from their instructors, based on a series of video-recorded practice presentations delivered at strategic points during the seminar. Participants will be able to see themselves from the audience’s point of view, discovering areas for improvement and benefiting from expert coaching.
