Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Schedules Time Management Training with Sales Training America
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest clinical care providers for children in the country, has turned to STA Communication to deliver Time Management Training to registered nurses with their Safety Operations teams. A busy hospital environment is one where time management and efficiency are critical, and it is easy to become overwhelmed. Children’s was seeking a training partner to help these key staff members organize their time for maximum productivity and efficiency. The valuable content of STA’s popular Time Management program will be adapted to address the needs of the RN’s.
A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Sales Training America will travel to Atlanta to work with Safety Operations RN’s. Team members at the training event will take a Time Audit and apply the Urgent vs. Important Principle to recognize and minimize time-wasting activities, increasing their productivity. Participants in this interactive workshop will also learn a system of prioritizing, goal-setting, and tying activities to goals, as well as a toolset of time-leveraging and scheduling tools to help them focus on the most important tasks and increase their efficiency.
