Balfour Beatty Construction Turns to Sales Training America for Win-Win Negotiations Training
Balfour Beatty Construction has requested Win-Win
Negotiations Training from Sales Training America. Balfour Beatty was
seeking a training partner with a proven curriculum and experience with
the construction industry. They selected Sales Training America on the
recommendation of management leaders who experienced STA’s negotiations
training when contracted by Centex, Balfour Beatty’s former parent
company. The results of the Centex training led to a confident referral
and a continued relationship under the auspices of Balfour Beatty.
A Win-Win Negotiations Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with
Sales Training America will meet with Balfour Beatty employees to
deliver the training. Participants in this highly interactive
negotiations training workshop will cover key concepts such as the five
phases of negotiation and what strategies to apply during each phase.
Attendees will also learn how to set negotiation expectations in
advance, preparing parameters with a Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line.
This establishment of boundaries will help them appropriately handle any
offers or requests for concessions.
