Alberta Government Turns to Sales Training America for Win-Win Negotiations and Consultative Selling Skills TrainingThe Government of Alberta, Canada has selected Sales Training America’ Win-Win Negotiations and Consultative Selling Skills training programs for their office personnel. The Alberta Government was seeking a training partner with strong, proven course content and a working presence in Canada. After consulting with STA representatives the Government determined that STA’s Win-Win Negotiations and Consultative Selling Skills workshops were ideally suited to meet their training needs. Sales Training America Training Experts and Senior Level Instructors will travel to Edmonton, Alberta to deliver multiple workshops in a series over four days. Participants in the negotiations programs will learn and practice recognizing a number of negotiation styles, strategies and tactics, allowing them to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process. Personnel attending the negotiations training workshops will also gain knowledge of concession strategies, planning, and setting expectations, preparing workshop participants to more effectively negotiate in any situation. Attendees of the Consultative Selling Skills seminars will learn sales skills such as the use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of their customers’ needs and goals.
