Myers- Briggs Type Indicator SeminarSeminar Outline:Wouldn’t it be nice if we could really judge a book by its cover, or truly know what people are like by just looking at their faces? Unfortunately, you have to spend a lot of time with people to really get to know them, and one place where we spend a lot of time with people is in the workplace. However, the more time we spend with each other, the more frustrated we can get with each other. We have developed our half-day Myers Briggs Type Indicator seminar to provide you with a tool to better understand yourself and your co-workers. This test builds on psychologist Carl Jung's theory of personality styles, and it is an invaluable aid to learning to work with others in an organization or on a team. In this seminar, participants will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to determine their personality type and understand both its strength and weaknesses. MBTI measures the psychological attitudes of extraversion and introversion. The Myers-Briggs classroom test provides participants with a personality formula, preferences and the description of their type.
