Managing Organizational Change Seminar

Seminar Outline:

In today’s business climate, change is not only inevitable; it is imminent. The only way to maintain a competitive edge in the new economy is to be able to react and adapt to market conditions faster than the other guys. This stark reality means that some companies will literally reinvent themselves almost overnight, in a way that might create dismay and confusion among employees.

Our one-day seminar entitled Managing Organizational Change is a geared to help managers and supervisors help their team members make a smooth transition from the “old” company to the “new” one. Using an intensive, interactive format, the class makes use of role-plays, videotaped coaching sessions and small-group discussions to help participants practice their new skills in real time. With a strong focus on improving communication skills and managing stress as a group, this class provides you with the necessary skills to survive and thrive as your company hones its competitive edge.
