Lifestyles II Assessment Seminar

Seminar Outline:

Learning to view yourself more honestly and accurately is a major step toward mental and emotional maturity, and this is the major goal of our Life Styles I assessment. However, in order to develop a full and healthy approach to work relationships, it is also important to be able to accept and understand the way others see you. This is the goal of our companion course, the Life Styles II assessment. This half-day evaluation experience will take you to the next level of professional and personal growth, and equip you to function at peak effectiveness in the relationships and responsibilities you encounter on the job every day.

Seminar Objectives:

Participants in the Life Styles II assessment seminar will learn to:

  • Be more accepting of the strengths and weakness of your behavior that others see in you.
  • Increase work productivity by gaining a full awareness of the way your thoughts and behaviors impact your effectiveness.
  • Recognize and develop leadership abilities.
  • Recognize personal behavior patterns when working alone or in a group.
  • Improve your interpersonal relationship skills, and also gain a better understanding of the behavior of others.
  • Develop a strategy for improving overall personal performance.
