Lifestyles Assessment I Seminar

Seminar Outline:

Most of us have blind spots – areas of weakness or inefficiency that are more obvious to those around us than they are to us. Maybe someone has tried to point them out to us -- a process that both parties find distasteful and usually try to avoid. More often, we just keep working away in blissful ignorance or denial regarding habits and attitudes that are keeping us from becoming the best version of ourselves.

Our 2-hour Life Styles I Assessment is created to guide you as you to take an honest, in-depth look at yourself. The assessment is able to examine every aspect of your work performance, noting both your strengths and those areas that need attention. The assessment is developed around a set of questions relating to various thinking patterns and how they affect your subsequent behavior. These styles may be CONSTRUCTIVE, allowing you to maximize your work effectiveness, or DESTRUCTIVE, decreasing your work effectiveness. Following your assessment, you will be equipped to see yourself in a more constructive light and to develop a plan for making meaningful changes that will improve your productivity and increase your level of success and satisfaction at work, as well as in other areas of your personal life.

Seminar Objectives:

Participants in the Life Styles I Assessment seminar will learn to:

  • Increase productivity by recognizing the connection between certain thoughts and behaviors, and implementing change to encourage effective work habits.
