Communicating Across Departments SeminarSeminar Outline:“What we have here is a failure to communicate.” This quote from the classic Paul Newman film, Cool Hand Luke, was given right after the hero was beaten up by a couple of thugs. There are days in some offices when interactions in the workplace turn out more or less the same way – an inability to communicate effectively results in some people feeling like they have been victimized. The failure to communicate is at the heart of most workplace confusion and conflict. This in turns leads to employee dissatisfaction, poor productivity and increased staff turnover. Most of the time, such situations can be significantly improved by applying the skills we teach in our one-day Communicating Across Departments seminar.
