Sales Training America to Engineer Win-Win Negotiations Training for Emergent Biosolutions

Emergent BioSolutions Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacture and commercialization of vaccines and antibody therapies, has contracted with Sales Training America to provide Win-Win Negotiations training for their managers. Emergent was seeking a training partner to provide negotiations training, and a representative who attended one of STA's open enrollment seminars was quick to move forward in planning a private session for his group.

An STA Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to Michigan State University to lead the training workshop. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training class will discover the importance of planning for negotiations in advance, charting concession strategies and setting expectations, helping them strategize when to give ground and when to hold out. Negotiations training workshop attendees will also learn how to recognize and handle a number of negotiation styles, strategies and tactics, allowing them to stay one step ahead throughout any negotiation process.
