Sales Training America to Deliver Assertiveness Training for GENBAND

GENBAND, a global leader in IP infrastructure solutions, has asked Sales Training America to lead Assertiveness Training for engineers at their research center. GENBAND was seeking a training partner to address a need for more assertive communication in the engineering department, and after reviewing the content of STA's Assertiveness Training program and meeting the expert instructor, GENBAND was confident that it had found a training company with the ability to meet its needs.

A Senior-Level Instructor and Assertiveness Training Expert from Sales Training America will travel to North Carolina to meet with GENBAND engineers. Participants in this highly interactive training event will gain experience using assertive communication skills, practicing the use of "I" statements and learning the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness. They will discover techniques for identifying others' Behavioral Styles and how best to communicate with different people in conversational, negotiation, and conflict situations. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn and practice powerful communication tools such as the use of body language and verbal skills to enhance effective and assertive communication.
