Participants in this highly interactive training event will gain experience using assertive communication skills, practicing the use of "I" statements and learning the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness. They will discover techniques for identifying others' Behavioral Styles and how best to communicate with different people in conversational, negotiation, and conflict situations. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn and practice powerful communication tools such as the use of body language and verbal skills to enhance effective and assertive communication.
