Sales Training America to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Training for Viking River Cruises

Viking was seeking a training partner with quality content and experienced trainers. A Sales Training America Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will travel to Woodland Hills, California to work with Viking River Cruises phone reservations agents in two one-day workshops. During these highly interactive workshops, participants will gain experience using tools and strategies such as Active Listening and the 3 F's Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them quickly establish rapport with clients and work toward effective resolution of customer issues. Attendees will also learn how to identify and relate to different personality types and Behavioral Styles, helping them address the needs of individual clients in a personal and comprehensive manner, leaving a lasting and positive impression.
