Lancaster-Lebanon Unit 13 to Benefit from Consultative Selling Skills Training by Sales Training America

Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU 13), an education service and support agency serving school districts and communities across the state of Pennsylvania, has signed Sales Training America to provide Consultative Selling Skills training to its teachers. Lancaster-Lebanon Unit 13 was seeking a customer-centered training partner with education industry experience and a proven sales training curriculum. After reviewing the course content and meeting the instructor, the organization deemed STA a perfect fit for their training needs.

A Sales Training America Senior Level Instructor and Consultative Selling Skills Training Expert will meet with Unit 13 teachers to deliver the seminar. Participants in this highly interactive selling skills workshop will learn the importance of understanding the needs and interests of the client. Training includes an assessment technique used to customize the sales process to meet the needs of the contact's Behavioral Style and Buyer Type and their PPI orientation. Attendees will learn a six-stage sales process that aligns with the stages of the client's decision-making process, helping them to stay in sync with the client throughout the interaction.
